We pride ourselves on the quality of our staff, they are what enable us to provide our excellent service to customers.
All our staff whether drivers or passenger assistants are interviewed and selected for suitability, references are asked for and taken up. Obviously full Criminal Record Background checks are carried out before any duties start. Criminal Record Background checks are maintained by 24x7. All passenger assistants are approved by the local council prior to starting. Drivers are licensed by Uttlesford District Council. 24x7 Pay for all licensing costs including a medical check to Bus and Lorry standards. We do not use self-employed staff. All training that is necessary is undertaken including client specific training for both the driver and passenger assistant.
We ensure that all of our staff are aware of the need for first class customer service and diplomacy. They are aware of the need for tolerance and aware of the pitfalls of advising or engaging with the students. As a company we are very aware of the safeguarding issues of young children and take our responsibilities there very seriously.
We insist that all staff read and understand our policies and we ensure they are kept up to date with all amendments and changes.
We understand that our staff can only provide an excellent service if they have the right tools and back up from the office.
